The story is about a wolf’s family. In this story the wife experience a lot of emotion. She experiences love emotion when she met him by himself coming back from a hinting trip. One of the things that she loved about him was that he didn’t take things hard, he didn’t grouch and whine when things didn’t go his way.

The other emotion that she experiences was when her parents moved out, leaving them the place. Her sister got jealous because she thought that he’s going to her house every day and half the night. She guesses there isn’t room for her. Her sister and her always been real close. The man came to live in their place. That was the pappy year of her life.

Also she experience an emotion when the husband got the curse in his blood. Every night the husband changes in to a human and went to find those who were just like him. He come back late and worn outs, and pretty near cross for one so sweet-tempered. Everybody got to bust out. That begin to worry the wife when he come back tired and strange. Even, smelled strange. When he come back in the girl got scared-looking, stiff, with her eyes wide, and then she began to cry and try to hide behind her mother. Since that they start acting strange.

The other emotion that she experience was when the husband start changing. The hair begun to come away all over his body, he was white all over, like a worm's skin. He turned his face. It got flatter and the mouth flat and wide and other things were changing. He stood up then on two legs. The husband start running and the wife sister run after him. She kills him. The wife still loves him, the wife thought that if the thing was dead the spell, the curse must be done, and her husband could come back.
