I think that the most important character of the novel is George because he is the one who controls the other character Lennie. George has his own ideas. George is a short guy. He is a smart guy, when he went to get the job he made all the talk he didn’t let his friend Lennie to say any word. He got along with the others guys.

George is violent, sometimes he argues with lennie for being dumb and for doing dumb things. He smacked lennie because lennie didn’t want to let go of the mouse. George also thinks that lennie is not smart and that lennie is crazy. George acted peacefully; he doesn’t like to get in trouble. He likes to talk a lot with the guys and he is respectful. The other characters reactions are peaceful; they get along with each other except Curley. He is violent, he gets in trouble a lot, he is jealous of the other guys because he thinks that his wife is cheating on him with them.

George is important in the novel because he is the main character of the novel. Also I think he is strong. He is the important character because in the novel he’s like the boss of the other guys. He controls them. I would like to be the main character friend because being the main character you feel like the most valuable character of the novel. Also I would like the main character to be my friend, because if I want to be a main character I could ask him how I have to act and how I can be a good character.
